Timber Garages

Our Timber Garages give a secure, solid structure, and can be erected with the minimum of building works, which will compliment its surroundings and add value to your property.

The timber buildings can be constructed up to six metres wide making a generously sized double garage, we can add partitions and personal doors to keep your work space accessible and separate.

The garage is offered at two heights so most vehicles can be accommodated. The structure requires base-work built to our design.

Simply measure the space you have available, then choose the door, window and roof design and we will do the rest.

Timber Garage Specifications

Side Walls	19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
Door	Double timber garage doors 1900mm high x 2134mm wide mortise and tenoned, framed ledged and braced, using. Door hung with the use of 2 @ 450mm galvanized steel strap hinges and secured with a galvanised pad-bolt. If the up and over door option is chosen a 1980mm high x 2134mm wide steel door is used.
Door Frame	75 x 75mm planed
Windows	610mm square set in a window frame fitted with 4 mm toughened glass. A 6ft length gets 1 window, every 2 foot above this add 1 extra window (included in your price) to a maximum of 6 windows. You do not have to have any windows.
Roof	19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Heights	2.0m to eave height or a more generous 2.1m to eaves.

Window Options -

The Superior Garage has a number of optional window styles and features to either enhance the look of your building or increase security:

Opening Windows - Replace any fixed window with a top-hung opening sash to aerate your building.

Georgian Effect Windows - Create a cabin style look by having Georgian Effect windows.

Double Glazing - Add Double Glazing to all doors and windows to improve sound and heat insulation.

Up-and-Over garage door

A pre finished steel garage door 2133mm wide by 1980mm high can be fitted in lieu of the wooden double doors.

Personal side door

Add a personal side door for ease of access.

Roof Overhang

Roof overhang over the door of your building is optional on both Garages and Sheds.

Eave Height

Increase your eave height for added height if a four wheel drive or van needed to be garaged.

Security Pack -

The Superior Garage is exceptionally strong and to compliment this we have devised our own unique Security Pack option. The pack is made up of three components which can be fitted into your Superior Garage:

Masterlock - A heavy duty sliding bolt with fully encased Brass lock. It is anti-sawing, picking, cropping and prising.
