Lining and Insulation
To create a year-round work space and reduce noise levels we advise lining of your building;
whichever lining finish is chosen your building will be manufactured with a breathable membrane
paper behind the external cladding and the cavity will be filled with 70mm insulation.

Option 1: Oak-Faced 12mm Ply - For robust, hard wearing lining the 12mm
Oak-Faced Ply lined option enables the hanging of shelves and other office
fixtures where required.
Option 2: Matchboard Lining - For a finer finish in natural timber choose the
16mm x 100mm verticals matchboard lining.
Floor Insulation
We can insulate under flooring with 50mm insulation.
