Door	Half-glazed, inward opening, joinery-made door 1900 x 750mm.
Door Frame	75 x 75mm planed
Windows	Joinery-made window frame 1200mm wide x 1030mm high with one side hung opening window, one fixed window and one top hung fanlight window, fitted with 4mm toughened glass. Please note: Double Glazing is standard on Garden Offices.
Floor	19 x 125mm tongue and groove floorboards on 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists set at no more than 450mm centres.
Roof	19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Height	A generous 2.0m to eave height.
Roof Overhang	400mm roof overhang is a standard feature.
