Side Walls	19 x 125mm shiplap cladding on 38 x 75mm planed framing.
Door	1 pair of joinery-made double doors 1830mm high x 1200mm wide fully glazed, fitted with mortise lock and brass fittings.
Door Frame	75 x 75mm planed
Windows	4 sets of double windows with 4 mm toughened glass.
Floor	19 x 125mm tongue and groove floorboards on 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists set at no less than 450mm centres. If the veranda option is chosen 38x125 tanalized decking is used on the floor.
Roof	19 x 125mm tongue and groove match boarding, on 38 x 75mm planed framing covered with green mineralised 35 Kg roofing felt. Trusses are used on all buildings 3.6m long and above.
Heights	1.85m to eave height or a more generous 2.0m to eaves.
Roof Overhang	400mm roof overhang is a standard feature.

Window Options -

The Garden Chalet has a number of optional window styles and features to enhance the look of your building:

Opening Windows - Replace any fixed window with a top-hung opening sash to aerate your building.

Georgian Effect Windows - Create a cabin style look by having Georgian Effect windows.

Double Glazing - Add Double Glazing to all doors and windows to improve sound and heat insulation.

Add a 1.2m Veranda to your building to create an outside seating area.

Roof Height

Select from either 1.85m or 2.0m
