Superior quality Weitzer Parket™ solid wood flooring in a choice of natural wood colours. This is laid
onto 13mm marine plywood above ex 38 x 75mm tanalized planed floor joists. |

A choice of 12 colours from our Valtti™ Colour Range. This fully opaque Scandinavian coating system will
enhance any building giving an extremely durable low maintenance solid colour finish. This system has been proved
to give the best possible protection for exterior timber. |
Interior Walls

Dry-lined and painted or matchboard lined walls to customers specification. Solid wood coving and skirting boards.
Buildings come pre-wired with ceiling lamp fittings, four double wall sockets, light switches and smoke alarm, all
fully certified by qualified electricians. |
